It's been a while and we've been busy!
So here's a whistle stop tour of what we've been up to.
Monday - back to SeaWorld (last day before our pass expired)
Early start before it got too hot. Then fast rides and the dolphin show.
Here is Ems feeding the stingrays. You have to put the shrimp underneath the fish so that they can 'shnuffle' over your hand. You have to be brave but not too much - when Jack was little he slipped over the edge and nearly fell in. Not sure I'd fancy the stingrays' chances now. Here is the bravest member of the Hurring party having a go! It is absolutely not my kind of thing.
SeaWorld has a new 3D 360degree movie experience about turtles which was amazing. You really felt that you were under the sea surrounded by shoals of fish and turtles. Beautifully done. Like all the attractions there's a great lead up to the show - here's the garden at the entrance and then you walk past the turtle viewing area...
On Tuesday we dropped Jack and Ems at Typhoon Lagoon Water Park while Richard and I got on with some work then we went to Downtown Disney to have a wander round the shops and go to Disney Quest (that's the area which is full of arcade games and computer generated games). Cirque de Soleil is still there but luckily it's the same show so we're not tempted!
